Volunteer Opportunities at Quad City Championships
June 10-12, 2011
Competition Meeting:
First of many competition meetings leading up to the June 10-12th Competition will begin soon. FSCQC members are encouraged to attend competition meetings. The FSC Board can not pull off the entire competition by themselves and need organizers and volunteers alike. Meetings are yet to be announced. The FSC needs Chair/Co-Chairs for the competition. There will also be organizers for the following Committees:
Set-up/tear down
Registration Desk
Medal Stand: announcing and photos
IJS system: need someone to video IJS events, Need video camera that will hook into a computer
Judges transportation:

Runners/Ice Monitors - Melinda Olson
Gift Bags: Kim Lent
Registration: Entry forms and Practice ICe- Susan Theiling

Drivers to pick-up and return judges to the airport

Gift Bags: Get small items and fill bags
Concession Stand: Chair/co-chair and volunteers to work shifts
Competition Set -up : judges stands etc
All of the above areas need volunteers. This is a very important event for the club. The FSC encourages everyone who is a member to help out whether they have a skater competing or not. Thank you.
