Volunteer Opportunities at Quad City Championships
June 10-13, 2010
Competition Meeting:
First of many competition meetings leading up to the June 11-13th Competition. A couple members attended the meeting but more members are encouraged to attend the next one. The FSC Board can not pull off the entire competition among themselves. The Next meeting is Monday, May 17, 2010 in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. If this is not a good time for members, a new meeting time suggestion is most welcome or you can call or e-mail any Board Member. The FSC still needs Chair/Co-Chairs for the following Committees:
Runners
Ice Monitors
Set-up/tear down
Registration Desk
Medal Stand: announcing and photos
IJS system: need someone to video IJS events, Need video camera that will hook into a computer
Judges transportation:

Registration: Entry forms and Practice ICe- Rosemary Olt

All of the above highlighted areas need Chairs and volunteers. This is a very important event for the club. The FSC encourages everyone who is a member to help out whether they have a skater competing or not. Thank you.
