FSCQC Current Events and Activities

Monthly Board Meetings:  2nd Tuesdays in 2010 at 6pm The River's Edge (formerly QCSC)

All members are welcome to attend.  If you have something new to share with the board, concerns,  show ideas, fundraising opportunitities, social event ideas, etc please send me an e-mail  or just come to the meeting.

Testing forms are Due Friday, May 14th:  Forms may be placed in the FSC Box  located on the counter at the rink by Friday evening.  After Friday evening please include a late fee with payment, there will be no exceptions.  Test forms may also be mailed to Karen -post marked by the 14th or a late fee must be included. 
 
Annual Meeting:  Monday, May 17th at 6:00 pm.  The meeting will take place at the rink.  New Board members will be elected.  The Board is encouraging all current members to attend as well as new members wishing to join or learn more about the FSC.  The competition will also be discussed and volunteer forms will be available for shifts and food sign ups. 
 
Sponsorship Update:  As of 5/12/10, the FSC has raised $600.00 in sponsorship and the goal this year is at least $3,000.00.  The FSC is asking every member to help with sponsorship.  Extra forms will be available at the Annual meeting.  Sponsorship Form download. 
 

Membership 2009-2010:  all members who have renewed and/or joined the FSC will receive a membership card.  Membership renewal occurs prior to July 1st each calendar year.
